Thanksgiving BREAK!

It is finally break. Bolt bus is no longer the best. I'm currently on a greyhound updating this post. Yes greyhound has wifi.

1. I'm going black friday shopping tomorrow at midnight. WOOOOOO.

2. I'm Sigma Phi Epsilon's new Vice President of Membership Development. This means I'm third in line for the presidency. Muhahahaha

3. ITS FREAKING BREAK. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving BREAK!

plasians, home, and bdays

1. soobs: tried to order toast... at a bar.
frat: "i wish... i could remember how those fries tasted"
- this defines our friday night. and we (team plasians) played family feud.
* please note: plasians=plex (a dorm on campus often inhabited by asians where frat and j live) + asian. j is a plex-asian, but not a plasian. i am a mc-asian. frat is a wexy plite (foster walker white). and a is a white sorority girl who speaks some chinese.
2. 5 days to home! actually only 4 now...
3. it was my fave (and only) roomie's bday tuesday! which began with bday shots and our local bar with fuzzy memories and other bodily fluids and also included 2 chocolate cakes and an excess of junk food in our room. both a blessing and a curse.

SLEEEEP

1. i love sleep but unfortunately im basically an insomniac...so yesterday when i realized i'd be 10 min late to my 20 person class i decided it'd be better to just sleep through it. then i decided my other two classes weren't worth getting up for either...finally i was woken up around 3pm by a fire drill. so i grabbed some clothes and ran to butler to do work that i should have started on friday...yeah, productive day. and when i looked to dwang for some moral support because i was embarrassed to be seen in public still half asleep, he laughed at me and asked for a picture. thanks.

2. on saturday i went to a peaches concert!! ok so i don't really know peaches that well, but my sister and her roommate are obsessed and managed to convince the rest of us to get tickets too. it was tons of fun (peaches is def dancing music) and also really interesting...peaches is kinda crazy to say the least haha. oh and we went with some people that went to lhs and were also in class of '08...and who i never knew existed. weird. then one of then got a bag of like 30 bagels for free in some random store...still not sure how that happened.

3. I BOUGHT MY TICKETS FOR GUATEMALA!!!!!!!!!!!! SOO EXCITED :)

this past week

this week was actually maybe the best week ever for me... and on an unrelated note, i'm pretty that i just used up my life's supply of luck:

1. last thursday, bill gates talked to me when i just happened to be in the right place at the right time. then warren buffet came over and started talking to bill gates right in front of me... it was awesome.
2. last saturday, i was in the audience of snl... everyone should do this before they die.
3. last thursday, i got free bubble tea. this was especially incredible :)

right now it seems sooo close to thanksgiving break, and it cant come fast enough...

november adventures

1. i went out the night before a paper that i hadn't started was due and still managed to turn it in on time, not to mention i think i rocked it.

 2. i played baseball with some friends yesterday. in the last inning my team was one point away from tying the game but we had two outs already when i got up to bat, and i finally made my first hit of the game and got to second base. then my friend (who was a baseball star in high school) hit the ball right to the pitcher and got out. but no worries, the game was fun anyways.

3. on friday i learned how to pop, lock, house and breakdance! or at least i tried. me and my friend went to a workshop with a breakdance group on campus where they taught us how to do stuff like moonwalk, the wave, and do freezes. my friend and i decide we were going to come back every week so we could make cool breakdancing friends. we'll see how that works out.

this week i've...

-passed (key word: passed) a bio midterm... i had to use calculus.
-realized frat gave me soooo many good songs today
-survived a shopping trip w/ our good friend who is like a shopaholic
- haven't had a roommate for 2 weekends in a row :(
- had a nightmare about having a cut which ended up under my ear and getting stitches and i could feel the needle piercing my ear and then digging through my skin
- finally bought party in the usa
- and definitely exceeded the requisite 3 points. and probably could keep going.
